The Golden Cockerel and Other Fairy Tales by Aleksandr Pushkin, published in Paris in 1925, was illustrated by Boris Zvorykin in the style of 16th and 17th-century Duzzin miniatures that likely originated in medieval Russian manuscripts. The plumes symbolize the magical qualities of the cockerel and are similar to the decoration on the robe of a fairy-tale Tsar, representing royalty and dignity.

The tie is made of pure silk, to be dry cleaned, and is available in blue.

Originally $45.
