The shredded junk mail is added to a pulper of post consumer and is pulped for a short period that allows the pictures, words and numbers from the junk mail to create a confetti-like effect in this fun tree free paper. You can read bits of words! The amazing part is when you hold this paper up to the light you will see all of the embedded shreds of junk mail. This is truly 100% post consumer.
